Saying Goodbye

IMG_0137.JPG

Dear teachers,

It is hard saying goodbye to school after all these years. 14 years ago we were all strangers with the typical dreams every kid has. We didn’t know each other and thought this was only a place where we came to study, but after all the experiences lived at Pachas, I can assure this place feels like home and every member is like a family to me. All I can say is thank you. Thank you for instilling in me the values I live by, thanks for showing me anything is possible, and thanks for making me believe I’m capable of doing anything I set my mind to. Thanks to every teacher and friend that was part of this memorable road. Thanks for giving me forever a home! I’ll miss you Pachas.

Sincerely,

Dear teachers,

I never thought I’d be saying this. Even now graduation day still feels like a hundred years from now! But alas, I have been asked to write this so here it goes. For the most part, I am stoked to leave school; this was such a chaotic, sad, and treacherous time, and I’m more than ready to leave it behind. However, just now that I am starting to feel the nearing of the end I am realizing there is, in fact, some stuff I will miss. My beautiful teachers! Everyone always said I was a teacher’s pet, but you know what? Maybe I was and I am proud of it! I love my teachers with my whole entire soul and I know this sounds a little extreme, but I would give my life for each one of you without question. Please do not forget me ‘cause I never will. Also, expect an invitation to my wedding. I love you all and see you in a minute! (little avengers reference there).

Sincerely,

Juana Benavides 11A
