Homemade Churros

It's time to take your chef skills one step further! These churros are incredibly simple to make, and the end product looks just like taken straight from your favorite restaurant!

  • 1 cup of water

  • 40 grams of butter

  • 3 tablespoons of sugar

  • 1 cup of flour

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla

  • 3 eggs

Preparation:

  1.  Heat oil over medium heat in a saucepan.

  2.  Heat water, butter, and vanilla in another saucepan.

  3. Add the flour to the pot with water and mix until you have a homogeneous batter;  remove from heat.

  4.  Add eggs to the mix one by one until incorporated.

  5.  Place the dough on a churro sleeve and fry in the hot oil for two minutes or until golden.

  6.  Dust with sugar and cinnamon to improve the taste of the churros.

  7.  Enjoy these churros that can be done in just 15 minutes!
